Our crab claws & arms comes from two crab species; Cancer edwardsii and Cancer porteri, all catched in the southern part of Chile by local artisan fishermen.

Sizes are 1-3, 3-5, 5-7, 6-9 and 9-12 pieces per pound. Sizes depends basically on the season and specie.

Our fully cooked, pasteurized and frozen combo crab meat comes in IVP bags of 1 lb, 2 lb or 5 lb.

The ratios of meat are 80/20 or 60/40; meaning 80 or 60 crab body meat and 20 to 40 crab claw and leg meat (pink meat)
